BEADLE is a community upliftment project that was started in 1998 at Triple 'B' Ranch farm community, which is situated in the Waterberg, South Africa. The crafters specialise in beautiful handmade leather products, bead work and a new range of embroidered linen all of which are made at our straw bale workshop on the farm. Our emphasis is on quality and we use only carefully selected South African and imported leather and the best rocaille seed beads from the Czech Republic.

The workshop is open to visitors to view the crafters at work. Purchases can be made directly at the workshop, or from our online store. Refreshements and light meals from our café can be enjoyed in the pleasant herb garden. The adjacent visitor centre displays the 130 year history of the Baber family in the Waterberg, and the changing farming practices and lives of the local farm community. Essential oils are also now produced at the farm and a tour of the distillation facility and vermi-composting project is available on request.
