Returning a faulty item?
Please carefully check all your items when they arrive to ensure you are completely satisfied. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item, please email tanya at email@example.com to let us know and then follow the procedure above for returns.
For faulty items that have been worn/used or returns that are outside of our Returns Policy please email us for further assistance. We may be able to offer a discretionary refund, although we cannot promise.
We endeavour to keep all items in stock, but cannot always guarantee that we have all items in stock permanently. If howver, there is an item you would like to purchase which is detailed as 'out of stock', please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know, either how long it will take us to make it for you or, if components and fittings are out of stock, what the lead time is likely to be.
