Returns and Refunds

If for what ever reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a full refund on all goods that are returned to us in a resaleable condition within 30 days of dispatch.

  1. The items must be in the original condition. Please try all sandals on on a carpeted surface.
  2. Please repackage the products securely and send to the address above
  3. Include the reason for the return, the invoice number and your email address and telephone number. Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement
  4. Unfortunately, if we don't receive the item, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement, therefore we recommend the use of an insured mail service
  5. Regrettably, delivery charges are non-refundable unless your order is incorrect or faulty.
  6. Once we receive returned items, we will contact you via email to notify you that your refund is being processed. Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed.

Returning a faulty item?

Please carefully check all your items when they arrive to ensure you are completely satisfied. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item, please email tanya at to let us know and then follow the procedure above for returns.
For faulty items that have been worn/used or returns that are outside of our Returns Policy please email us for further assistance. We may be able to offer a discretionary refund, although we cannot promise.

Stock Availability

We endeavour to keep all items in stock, but cannot always guarantee that we have all items in stock permanently. If howver, there is an item you would like to purchase which is detailed as 'out of stock', please send us an email and we will let you know, either how long it will take us to make it for you or, if components and fittings are out of stock, what the lead time is likely to be.
